How to reach us
The quickest way to reach CalcyZone is by email at support@calcyzone.com, or through the form above, which sends your message to the same inbox. Messages are read by Rachit Patel, who builds and maintains the site. We aim to reply within two business days (Monday to Friday, Indian Standard Time).
Reporting a calculation error
If a result looks wrong, please include the page address, every input you entered, the result you got and the result you expected, with how you worked it out if you can. That lets us reproduce the problem quickly. Confirmed errors are fixed and the explanation on the page is updated.
Requesting a new calculator
Tell us what you want to calculate, which formula or official rule it should follow (a link to the source helps), and the units you work in. We cannot build every request, but clear, commonly needed tools are prioritised.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal financial, tax, legal or medical advice, or review individual loan offers or investment decisions. For those, please talk to a qualified professional. We also never ask for passwords, bank details or payment over email.
Privacy
We use the details you send only to reply to your message. They are not sold or added to any mailing list. Read our privacy policy for more information.
